This place was just as described. Beautiful home. Super soft, cozy beds. The heater kept us all warm! There were a few issues and Ryan was super responsive! I appreciate that. The backyard was beautiful! We had extra blankets/ towels. Board games were stored in a few of the rooms.  Our experience in this home was amazing!

Great house with awesome views! We loved the pickleball court, the pool, the hot tub, the mountain view, and the ping pong table. Great house for a family vacation! Plenty of room! Only issue we had was the upstairs fridge stopped working but fortunately there was a second fridge downstairs. The owner kept us updated on the repairs to the fridge. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was an excellent place! We would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful three-night stay with my partner here, and the area is absolutely beautiful, with lots of charming local shops just around the corner. The house was incredibly peaceful, quiet, and spotless. The best part? The hot tub was already heated up when we arrived, so we didn’t have to wait! The only thing I’d suggest is that the host could provide clearer instructions on where the Jacuzzi towels are located. Also, for a stay costing almost $500 a night, it would be great if they could provide a bit more linens, so we wouldn’t have to wash our towels every day. Plus, there are some nosy neighbors who might be a bit too curious, so keep an eye out. Also, please wait until the end of your stay to take out the trash, as a bear did come by and managed to get through the trash outside in the middle of the night. Aside from that, the stay was a blast, and I’d definitely recommend it to big families, as there are plenty of rooms and plenty of space for fun activities.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s place. Great location, comfy beds, and the whole family really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Had a hiccup with the internet but Ryan responded quickly which resulted in a quick fix. Only wished there were more towels and blankets but already communicated with Ryan about that. Would highly recommend if anyone is visiting the South Tahoe area.

Our stay was perfect. Ryan answered all of our questions & made sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect for us with our college kids!! This was a wonderful Airbnb experience from start to finish. The home was the perfect size for our group, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. After long days of skiing, the hot tub was an absolute highlight. It was so nice to unwind and soothe sore muscles in the evenings. Everything in the house was clean, well maintained, and worked perfectly, which made our stay completely stress free. Ryan was also incredibly helpful and responsive, especially when one member of our group accidentally left a jacket behind. He went out of his way to help us retrieve it, which we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, well equipped place to stay with a thoughtful and attentive host.

This is a lovely home in a great location. We really enjoyed the deck and it was great having plenty of off-street parking. The beds were super comfortable and it was convenient to have spices & cooking oil to get us started. Very close to the beach, which we loved. We highly recommend this home.
