Welcome to our Tahoe Village condo, a cozy two-story retreat in Stateline. Ride the community shuttle to the ski lift in winter, then come home to four queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen and fast Starlink WiFi. Two downstairs bedrooms plus an upstairs loft give the group room to spread out. Parking is right out front, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. Casinos, dining and the lake are a short drive away.
The space
Welcome to our mountain condo in Tahoe Village, Stateline, NV. It's a relaxing home base for ski days, lake days and casino nights, with room for up to 8 guests.
Sleeping (4 queen beds):

• Upstairs Loft: 2 Queen beds in a loft bedroom
Living & kitchen:
• Living room with smart TV and Starlink high-speed WiFi
• Full kitchen with fridge, electric range/oven, dishwasher, and cookware and dishes for everyday cooking
• Dining space, plus a patio table for two outside
Comfort & convenience:
• 2 bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and a hair dryer in the hallway bath
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Iron and ironing board
• Pack 'n play for little ones
• Board games for downtime
Heating & cooling: Nest thermostat for heat. The condo does not have air conditioning. We provide ceiling fans in both downstairs bedrooms and portable fans for warmer summer days.
Guest access
You'll have the entire condo to yourselves, with self check-in through a keypad smart lock. Your personal door code is sent before arrival.
Parking: 2 spots in the Resident Parking area in front of the building (first come, first served). Douglas County parking passes are provided in the unit and must be displayed while you're parked.
Community: Tahoe Village HOA amenities include a shuttle to the ski lift. The community pool and hot tub are currently closed for construction (we'll update the listing once they reopen).
Trash: Dumpsters are in the parking lot, no code needed.
A few locked closets and doors are used for owner storage and are off-limits.
Other things to note
• Max occupancy: 8 guests overnight (HOA and county limit)
• Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am (Douglas County)
• Pets: Up to 2 pets welcome with a $200 pet fee
• No AC: Summer days can be warm. Fans are provided.
• Fireplace: Gas fireplace available for guest use. Please turn it off before sleeping or leaving.
• No dedicated workspace or desk
• Stairs: The loft is upstairs. Keep this in mind for small children or guests with limited mobility.
• Winter driving: Snow and ice are common from late fall through spring. A 4WD/AWD vehicle or tire chains are strongly recommended. The HOA clears walkways.
