About this space
Welcome to your South Lake Tahoe basecamp — a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked into a quiet pocket of Montgomery Estates. Peaceful street, towering pines, no through traffic. But you're still about 10 minutes from Heavenly, Stateline, and the lake.
The layout
First floor: The heart of the house. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and game/TV room all flow together, so whoever's cooking is still part of the conversation. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom round out the main level. The game room is the unexpected hit — guests have called the arcade the best part of their stay.
Second floor: The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, plus a fourth bedroom on the quieter end of the house.
The deck
Off the back: comfortable seating, a gas grill, and the private hot tub — surrounded by trees, so privacy is easy. It's where most groups end up spending their evenings.
The vibe
Quiet enough that you'll hear the wind through the pines. Close enough that grocery, gas, and restaurants are five minutes away. Family-friendly, group-friendly, and built for mountain weekends — whether that means powder days at Heavenly, kayaks at the lake, or a slow morning by the hot tub.
You'll have access to the entire house, except the garage, which won't be available during your stay.
