Family-friendly 3BR, 2.5-bath condo on Ski Run Blvd, a short drive to Heavenly and the lake. Sleeps up to 11 (max 6 adults plus up to 5 kids 13 and under, per City permit): king room, bunk room, queen room with trundle, plus a sleeper sofa and sleeper chair. Gas fireplace and in-unit laundry. Borrow the e-bikes, SUPs and tandem kayak in summer, or charge your EV in the garage. Shared HOA clubhouse with 2 saunas, gym and billiards (pool and hot tubs closed for repair). Free parking for 2 cars.
The space
Spread over three levels, this condo gives everyone room to spread out.
Top floor: king bedroom.
Second floor: bunk room (twin XL over queen) and a queen bedroom with a queen trundle.
Main level: open living and dining area with a gas fireplace, pullout sleeper sofa, a chair that pulls out into a twin sleeper, and a smart TV. Full kitchen with espresso machine and Keurig.
Sleeps up to 11: maximum 6 adults, plus up to 5 children 13 and under (City of South Lake Tahoe VHR Permit #334841).
Also: 4 smart TVs, 100 Mbps Wifi, in-unit washer and dryer, gas grill on the back porch.
Summer gear: 2 e-bikes, 2 paddle boards and a tandem kayak. Guests using them agree to the amenity waiver in our rental agreement.
Guest access
You’ll have the whole condo with keypad self check-in, plus one assigned garage stall and one guest parking space. The garage has a 120V EV charger (12A max, and not while the e-bikes are charging).
The complex clubhouse is shared with other owners and their guests: 2 saunas, gym, billiards and ping pong. The shared pool and hot tubs are closed for repairs; the HOA expects them back for the winter season.

Responsible party must be 25+ and stay at the property.
Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events.
No pets (HOA rule). No smoking or vaping.
2 vehicles max. Sunday evening to Monday morning, don’t park in the guest spaces directly across from the unit - guests will be fined by the HOA for a violation.
Exterior camera covers the entry and parking only; an indoor sensor measures noise levels only (no audio).
All guests sign our rental agreement, which includes the City Good Neighbor Contract and HOA rules.
Three levels with stairs. Not ski-in/ski-out: Heavenly is a short drive. Chains or AWD in winter.
