The top level contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The lower level has a game room, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The backyard is spacious however it isn't fenced in. There is a balcony off the dining room that has a hot tub and a grill.
