Great space. Easily slept 6 adults with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked, including spices, plastic bags, plastic wrap, and foil. The patio has room for everyone , and the grill was great. Great quiet location with a short drive to different beaches and into town.

The host is very thoughtful for the kitchen, bathroom supplies, making our stay very comfortable and convenient! It’s also very clean. We saw quite a few deers in the neighborhood walking around peacefully, which is super cool!

The home is very nice. The furnishings are tasteful and in good condition. The rooms are spacious and the living room and family room are at different ends of the home so people can get away from each other if they want to. The backyard deck is also very nice, looking out into the forest (no houses behind it) which makes it peaceful, woodsy, and quiet. The only downside with the design of the home is that it is built on many levels. From the front door entry,  you have to either go upstairs to the bedrooms or down a step or two to the living room. To get out of the living room you have to up a few stairs—so there is alot of up and down. We were happy with the drive to the So. Tahoe "Y" for groceries and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Cambria!  It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.  It is just a few miles into town and to Hearst Castle. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We were looking to escape the summer heat for the weekend, and this home was exactly what we were hoping for. The house is beautiful, spacious, and offered plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of our favorite parts was the location. The surrounding trees provided so much privacy and made the property feel peaceful and secluded. We also loved spending time on the balconies, the views and natural sunlight made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, yet the beach was less than a five-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. We also fell in love with the charming small-town atmosphere. The local restaurants were fantastic, and everyone we encountered was welcoming. Overall, this was a peaceful and memorable getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Really loved this Airbnb! Super easy to get downtown and had a fantastic view. Was perfect for all of us to fit in and had enough bathrooms and beds. Everything was clean and the house was easy to find and get in and out of.

Great house! Lots of space, everything in the home was high quality. Even had central AC which I wasn’t expecting. We used just about everything the house had to offer. Could use some additional bath towels and maybe larger ones. Pool table was a mini table but still fun to use. Host was very responsive to any questions. Quick drive to restaurants, lake spots and Heavenly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay in Cambria! From the moment we walked in, the house felt welcoming and incredibly well-cared-for. I’m pretty picky about cleanliness, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), which made cooking meals so easy. The Airbnb is very spacious,  the bed very comfortable, and my son and I loved playing the board games. It was the perfect home base for our time in Cambria, and we left wishing we could have stayed a little longer. We’d absolutely love to come back!

The detailed welcome book made everything easy, and the home was exactly as described. It was so comfortable, clean , and homey, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay, even though it was only for one night. The house was very clean, quiet, and in a beautiful location. The backyard is next to the forest, and we had a shashlik BBQ on Saturday night. We really enjoyed spending time outside. I was a little scared that a bear might come. The house was very comfortable and had lots of space. I also liked that it was not too decorated, so it felt simple and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our dog, Cypher, loved it too. He felt at home right away. He stayed on his dog bed but spent most of his time enjoying the backyard. We have stayed in many Airbnbs, but this place really touched our hearts. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Ryan, for being a great host and I really appreciate your help with the bbq grill and the fire pit. We would love to come back and I highly recommend this place.

This home is beautiful! The main floor is great for relaxing or entertaining. With the patio right off the dining area, it’s perfect for dining or having drinks with family and friends. The bedrooms were unbelievably comfortable. Very spacious and we felt right at home. If you want some peace, quiet and tranquility, this is the spot. Nothing walkable here but everything is a short 5-10 minute drive from the home.

We enjoyed the close proximity to beaches, downtown restaurants, and landmarks such as Hearst Castle, Paso and Big Sur. The closest grocery store was less than 10 miles away. They have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need such as spices and even obscure cooking utensils. Board games were available downstairs. Ample toiletries and towels were available. We enjoyed our encounters with wildlife in neighborhood walks.

A beautiful home located just 20 minutes from Chattanooga in a very nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and plenty of space for the whole family (there were 11 of us). The kids (4 under 12) who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and downstairs area.

We had a wonderful family vacation.  This house was amazing and had everything we needed.  We were even surprised to find a game of Clue!  One of our favorites :).  We played ping pong and darts, soaked in the hot tub, and even roasted s'mores by the firepit.  The location was close to stores and restaurants.  The owner was easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.  We did have a cute visitor (a bear) on our last day.  He was just curious and probably smelled our sandwiches in the trunk of our car.   I highly recommend this rental for your next Lake Tahoe vacation.

This was such a perfect location for us! It was central for all of our activities which included wine tasting, shopping, hiking, and walks on the beach/boardwalk. The house layout was clean, spacious and open that fostered deep meaningful conversations. It had everything that we needed and more. I hope to stay here again with family if it’s available. Ryan's place is more beautiful than the pictures. Very recent renovation it seems, everything was nice and clean. Plenty of space, but beware there are 3 floors so a bunch of stairs. Not a problem for us, we enjoyed the patio(s!) and the serene surroundings. Kitchen was very well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay! Using the Nash Vegas vans is an absolute must for larger groups instead of Ubers….affordable and very easy to set up. The house was clean and ready for us, and we never felt cramped for space with our group. Ryan was very responsive when I messaged him. Will definitely come back if we have a large group again!

Myself and 5 other lady friends had a wonderful time at Ryan’s place.  We are ‘pinky’s up’ type of gals, (LOL).  His place met our standards of cleanliness, spaciousness, and amenities.  Nice view from both decks off the dining area and master bedroom.  Nicely located to go into Cambria or San Simeon. Hopefully we can return in the future.
