Set on a quiet, forested street near Cold Creek, this property offers a peaceful, locals’ vibe with easy access to the best of South Lake. You’re minutes to Cold Creek Trail for hiking and biking, close to Bijou Community Park, and about 4 miles to El Dorado Beach, Heavenly’s lifts, shops, and Stateline nightlife. Expect stargazy nights, pine-scented air, and quick drives to groceries, rentals, and casual eats—without the tourist bustle on your doorstep.
We have a few trails within walking distance, however most other neighborhood amenities will require a car. 4WD and tires are highly recommended in the winter.
